How do you ship the items?
All the items are shipped through Nepal Post or EMS within 2-3 days after receiving the order. Please allow 7-15 days for recieving your order.
How much is the shipping fees?
Please refer to the delivery information for the detailed fees.
How long before my order ships?
Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days. Business days don't include Saturday or holidays.Sometimes an order gets caught while we are re-supplying. Once an order is in the hands of the Nepal post, it can take another 5-14 days.
Why hasn't my item been shipped yet?
Please be patient. It is somewhere in our delivery path. Sometimes our emails get screened out. The bottom line is that 90% of all orders arrive within 15 days and 99% arrive within 3 weeks.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship worldwide excluding some locations, if you have some doubt then please message me before bidding. We reserve right not to ship to certain countries.

You can shop with us in confidence because, for all products, we will replace or refund an item provided it is returned to us complete, unused and in its original packaging within the 7 days Approval Guarantee period.

• Items must be returned within the 7 days approval period
